I will sacrifice myself, will probably be wet now, but you know guys, that’s what we’re here for. Today is a special day, we’re located in Zielona Góra, here in these old basements and that’s where the premiere of “Winnica Miłosz” winery’s sparkling wines is held. These wines were grown in 2017, kept capped in bottles for over 20 months with a yeast sediment. I’d better open some wine at the moment, there’s no more time to wait. An astonishing grapefruit colour, beautiful. Really, in the glass it looks awesome. For the premiere, the rose sparkling wine has been served, made of Zweigelt. An amazing yeasty aroma of fruits Nice acidity and bubbles are great as well It was worth waiting 20 months to taste such a wine! What we’ve got here is a Pinot Blanc, which shows us a really lovely touch of vivid freshness, but what’s the most beautiful and subtle as well in this wine are these bubbles made of that yeast. Please, take a look at this glass, amazing white colour. It’s a white wine made of dark grapes of Zweigelt grape variety. Can you feel that toasty aroma over there? What grape variety these wines were made of? The first wine is a Pinot Blanc a pure white grape power of citrus and apple aromas. We drank a white Zweigelt before, now it’s time to try a rose variant. But as we meet next year or two years You’ll probably experience a red sparkling wine!
